Applying what we learned with the Detroit Loft Project, we bought a duplex in Detroit’s West Village neighborhood, named it the Parker House, remodeled it (see the before and after pics of our upstairs kitchen), and launched it as a Bed & Breakfast.

Then COVID-19 happened.

We quickly pivoted into a tenant model and then back to a Bed & Breakfast in 2023. In 2024, the Parker House served as student housing for The Planet School’s inaugural class of overnight high school interns. Yet again, we have found that tasteful design, delightful amenities, and a great guest experience lead to solid financials. Come see us in Detroit!
